Facility Planning & Design

Are all of the basic life safety items and standards met in your facilities, programs, and day-to-day operations? We will walk through them with you.

Safety & Security Assessment

We review with staff: the facilities and how they are used, perform a staff evaluation in terms of functions, look for blindspots, then come together with a working plan for safety and security.

Emergency & Continuity Planning

We clarify who is the organization's public spokesperson, who has access to the facilities and digital access, who needs to know and how to contact with issues. We then devise a written plan for varying scenarios, and make a plan for continued operations following an event.

Training & Preparedness

We help staff through hands-on training along with producing charts and written habit-forming procedures for day-to-day operations. We help train volunteers learn basic safety procedures and responses. Outside first responders can be brought in to understand how to work jointly with them.
